° Las personas naturales y entidades oficiales y privadas a quienes se les expida la licencia de funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de la misma, deberán enviar semestralmente las relaciones de personal de seguridad y armamento a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, por conducto del respectivo Comando del Departamento de Policía.
