Registro de garantías mobiliarias sobre derechos patrimoniales sobre propiedad industrial. Los formularios de inscripción, modificación, ejecución, terminación de la ejecución y cancelación de las garantías sobre bienes de propiedad industrial que se inscriben ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, seguirán las reglas contenidas en el presente decreto y el procedimiento establecido por dicha superintendencia para tal efecto. El Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias permitirá la consulta en línea del registro de propiedad industrial, una vez recibido el aviso por parte de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 11 y 36 de la Ley 1676 de 2013.
