Todo pase valdrá por un año y para refrendarlo se necesitan los siguientes requisitos: Certificado de la oficina de origen y de aquella en la que se va a efectuar la refrendación, en que conste que el peticionario no tiene asuntos pendientes, y examen médico, sino fuere presentada oportunamente tal certificación, la oficina ante la cual se hace la solicitud debe pedir telegráficamente, a costa del interesado, el informe correspondiente. Además de los anteriores requisitos, los choferes mecánicos deberán presentar un certificado de la Policía, sobre buena conducta.
