FALSA DENUNCIA CONTRA PERSONA DETERMINADA. El que bajo juramento o promesa de honor denuncie a una persona como autor o partícipe de un hecho punible que no ha cometido o en cuya comisión no ha tomado parte, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a cuatro (4) años y multa de un mil a diez mil pesos.
