El literal g) del artículo 1º del Decreto 721 de 1987 quedará así: "g) Construcción o adquisición de edificaciones nuevas distintas de vivienda, tales como locales, oficinas, parqueaderos, hoteles, bodegas, incluyendo el componente de construcción de proyectos de inversión en los sectores industrial, turístico, agropecuario y minero".
