° Adscríbase á la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos todo lo concerniente al servicio de teléfonos en la Repúblioa. En consecuencia, el Jefe de esa oficina será el órgano de comunicación del Gobierno para conceder las licencias sobre establecimientos de líneas y para dictar todas las medidas conducentes al puntual cumplimiento de este Decreto.
