El artículo 152 de la Constitución quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 152.

Los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito serán elegidos por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de entre los ciudadanos que reúnan las condiciones del Artículo anterior y que hayan ejercido cualquiera de los cargos allí enumerados en el respectivo Departamento, o que sean oriundos de él.
