Articulo 3° . Los Raucos Prendarias Municipales podrán eliminar por "pérdidas y ganancias" los saldos menores de diez pesos , provenientes de sobrantes de remates que no hayan sido reclamados dentro de los dos años corridos después de verificado el respectivo remate. En los presentes términos queda modificado el numeral 3°. del artículo 3°. del Decreto número 2061 de 1931, "sobre Bancos Prendarios Municipales."
