ART 85. Son llamados á la sucesión intestada los descendientes legítimos del difunto, sus legítimos ascendientes, sus colaterales legítimos, sus hijos naturales, sus padres naturales, sus hermanos naturales, el cónyuge supérstite, y, en último lugar, el municipio de la vecindad del finado.
Queda así reformado el artículo 1040 y derogado el 1051 del Código Civil.
