Autoridades e instancias regionales de planeación. Son autoridades regionales de planeación: Las correspondientes a la rama ejecutiva de las regiones que se constituyan en desarrollo del artículo 307 de la Constitución Nacional.

Son instancias regionales de planeación: Las correspondientes corporaciones de elección popular y los consejos consultivos de planeación.
