Las cuestiones accesorias en los juicios, sea que tengan tramitación especial, sea que se tramiten como articulación y que estén pendientes al tiempo de empezar a regir este Código, seguirán tramitándose de acuerdo con la ley vigente al tiempo en que se iniciaron sin perjuicio de disposiciones transitorias especiales en este mismo capítulo.
