Los cargos de Profesional Universitario 3020-06, Profesional Universitario 3020-04 y Auxiliar Administrativo 5120-16, quedarán suprimidos de la Planta de Personal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, una vez los funcionarios reintegrados sean incorporados en la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, de conformidad con el artículo 25 del Decreto 1133 de 1999. De lo anterior se informará al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en que ello ocurra.
