°. Funciones y Remuneración. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional al servicio de la Justicia Penal Militar continuarán ejerciendo las funciones que vienen desarrollando y percibiendo la remuneración mensual correspondiente a los empleos que desempeñan actualmente, hasta tanto se produzca la incorporación en las plantas de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial.
