La baja de aquellos individuos que salgan, en conformidad con lo dispuesto en las letras a) y b) del artículo anterior, y las que se refieren a aquéllos que hayan sido dados de baja por haber pasado a disposición de la justicia ordinaria o por haber obtenido su retiro, podrán darse con nota de conducta buena, regular o mala, según sea el estado de la hoja de vida del afectado.
