° Dicha Junta se instalará el día que empieza el período de su duración, y dará cuenta luégo al Ministerio de su organización y distribución de trabajos. Cuando ocurra algún caso cuya decisión no le corresponda, dará conocimiento de él al Ministerio para dictar la resolución que convenga. Transitorio . La penúltima de las atribuciones señaladas con la letra (b) del artículo 1.°, se ejercerá sin menoscabar los derechos que el actual concesionario del Teatro tiene, según su contrato celebrado con el Gobierno, el cual termina en el próximo mes de Agosto.
