Art. 2º. Los reos condenados á las penas de prisión por menos de cuatro años, y la de arresto en el caso del articulo 60 del mencionado Código Penal, sufrirán dichas penas en las Cárceles de los Departamentos ó Distritos municipales respectivos, según el Tribunal, Juez ó funcionario que haya impuesto la pena definitivamente.
