Corresponde a las Secciones de Reconocimiento de las Aduanas, con intervención del Administrador, estimar prudencialmente la proporción en que por averías hayan desmejorado de valor las mercancías introducidas, y en la misma proporción se hará la deducción al tiempo de liquidarse los derechos de importación.
