ARTICULO 2º. De los delitos previstos en el Código de Justicia Penal Militar que comentan los civiles al servicio de las Fuerzas de Policía y de los delitos comunes cometidos por esos mismos civiles con ocasión del servicio o con pretexto de él, conocerá la Justicia Penal Militar.
