° Los productos que adquiera el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos serán vendidos tan pronto como la demanda lo permita, a los precios normales del mercado, y procurando cumplir una función reguladora de los precios. Cuando el mercado interno no esté capacitado para absorber la totalidad de la producción, pueden colocarse los excedentes en el Exterior.
