Atribuciones De La Sala Plena

ARTICULO 16º. ATRIBUCIONES DE LA SALA PLENA. La Sala Plena del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca tendrá las siguientes atribuciones

Formar cada año la lista de Conjueces, en número doble al de Magistrados que integran la Corporación, teniendo en cuenta la especialidad de cada Sección.

Elaborar cada dos (2) años la lista de Auxiliares de la Justicia de la Corporación.

Elegir los empleados de la Secretaría General y de la Oficina de Información.

Expedir el reglamento de la Corporación.

Resolver los problemas de competencia que surjan entre las Secciones.

Elegir Presidente y Vicepresidente de la Corporación.
