El Tesorero que nombrare la Junta para manejar los fondos tendrá que asegurar su manejo ante la Contraloría, por medio de adecuada fianza, y todos los actos administrativos y dispositivos de la Junta serán fiscalizados y controlados directamente por la Contraloría General de la República, por conducto de la Auditoría Seccional de Antioquia.
