Pérdida de cursó o exámenes para ascenso. Cuando al terminar un curso de capacitación o exámenes para ascenso, el Oficial o Suboficial no aprobare tres o más materias, se considerará que ha perdido aquel o aquellos. También se considerarán perdidos el curso o los exámenes para ascenso, cuando el Oficial o Suboficial, habiendo perdido solamente dos materias, dejare de aprobar cualquiera de ellas en el examen de habilitación.
