° No podrán anunciar u ofrecer al público los servicios indicados en el artículo 6° de este Decreto, si no las personas que estuvieren matriculadas o inscritas como contadores juramentados. La infracción será sancionada con multas de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) a un mil pesos ($1.000.00) e inhabilidad hasta de por cinco (5) años para ser admitido a solicitar la inscripción como contador juramentado, según resolución de la Junta Central de Contadores.
