Otorgamiento . Para conferir la medalla, el Dansocial levanta un expediente con el propósito de establecer la filiación auténtica del agraciado y la comprobación del hecho o hechos que lo hacen merecedor a la condecoración. El Director de Dansocial selecciona libremente y decidirá sobre el otorgamiento de la medalla que efectuará mediante resolución. TITULO III. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
