º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto redúcese del 8%, al 4% el encaje que sobre los depósitos en cuentas de ahorro de valor constante deben mantener las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda. El encaje determinado en el presente artículo se aumentará en cuatro puntos, a razón de un punto mensual, a partir del 1º de octubre de 1984.
