En las mismas condiciones de la presente Ley, y hasta por la suma de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.00.00), autorízase al Municipio de Medellín para efectuar el segundo semestre de 1945, un sorteo extraordinario de lotería, con destino exclusivo a la construcción de su hospital municipal.
