º. De la licencia urbanística . El interesado presentará copia de la licencia urbanística respectiva, expedida por el curador urbano o la autoridad competente con jurisdicción en el municipio o distrito, en el lugar donde se adelantarán las actividades de promoción, anuncio y enajenación de inmuebles destinados a vivienda, la cual incluirá copia impresa de los planos aprobados, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 7 del artículo 31 del Decreto 564 de 2006.
