La escogencia del representante de los empleados de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y del Fondo Nacional del Notariado, al igual que el de los empleados de las Notarías, se hará mediante el voto directo y secreto de todos los empleados de las mencionadas entidades, el día, y, conforme al procedimiento que fije el Director de FONPRENOR, utilizando el sistema de la simple mayoría de los votantes.
