ARTICULO 1.8.2.3.6 . RESPONSABILIDAD DEL LIQUIDADOR. El liquidador adelantará la gestión bajo su responsabilidad, frente a la cual el Fondo de Garantías podrá adelantar las acciones judiciales y administrativas pertinentes para que se declaren las responsabilidades a que haya lugar.

Parágrafo

Cuando a juicio del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras el liquidador, o cualquiera de los auxiliares de la liquidación, no cumplan debidamente con los deberes de su gestión, podrá disponer que no le sean cancelados los honorarios que se le hubieran señalado. SECCIÓN SEGUNDA. MASA DE LA LIQUIDACIÓN
