Adiciónase el siguiente parágrafo al artículo 88 de la Ley 99 de 1993:

“ Parágrafo 2°. El Fonam tendrá una subcuenta denominada “Restauración de daño ambiental” para el manejo de los recursos a que se refiere el numeral 7 del artículo 90 de la Ley 99 de 1993, así como de los recursos que por donación o a cualquier título reciba. Tales recursos se destinarán exclusivamente a la financiación de proyectos de inversión y obras de recuperación, rehabilitación y restauración de ecosistemas o áreas afectadas por contaminación o daños ambientales”.
