Art. 2320. El que de buena fe ha vendido la especie que se le dio como debida, sin serlo, es solo obligado a restituir el precio de la venta, i a ceder las acciones que tenga contra el comprador que no le haya pagado íntegramente.

Si estaba de mala fe cuando hizo la venta, es obligado como todo poseedor que dolosamente ha dejado de poseer.
