Procedimiento participativo para la adopción y actualización del Esquema de Publicación. Los sujetos obligados, de acuerdo con el régimen legal aplicable, implementarán mecanismos de consulta a ciudadanos, interesados o usuarios en los procesos de adopción y actualización del Esquema de Publicación de Información, con el fin de identificar información que pueda publicarse de manera proactiva y de establecer los formatos alternativos que faciliten la accesibilidad a poblaciones específicas.
