El conductor de un vehículo que obstaculice el tránsito por falta de combustible, incurrirá en multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos. Si el vehículo fuere de servicio colectivo urbano y el hecho ocurre durante la prestación del servicio, la multa será de cinco (5) salarios mínimos.
