El secretario debe poner al despacho los memoriales que presenten las partes con los autos a que ellos se refieren, expresando la fecha de su presentación si se trata de un escrito sobre apelación o reposición de una providencia, deben esperar para ello que haya transcurrido respecto de todas las partes el plazo para hacer uso del mismo derecho.
