Art 14. Los contratistas de que habla el artículo 30 de la lei espresada, tendrán respecto de los bienes que se desembran, los mismos derechos que ésta concede a los denunciantes de bienes ocultos, i nada mas. Cesará por consiguiente la practica de pagar con fondos del Tesoro nacional el 10 por ciento que los referidos contratistas tenían asignado por el artículo citado.
