Article 18

Son Bienes Y Recursos Financieros Del Icfes: A) Todos Los Bienes Que En La Fecha Pertenezcan Al Instituto; B) Las Partidas Que Con Destino Al Instituta Se Incluyan En El Presupuesto Nacional; C) El Dos Por Ciento (2%) De Los Aportes Y Auxilios Que Por Cualquier Concepto Reciban Del Gobierno Nacional Todos Los Institutos Docentes, Oficiales O Privados, De Educación Superior

Son bienes y recursos financieros del ICFES

Todos los bienes que en la fecha pertenezcan al instituto;

Las partidas que con destino al instituta se incluyan en el Presupuesto Nacional;

El dos por ciento (2%) de los aportes y auxilios que por cualquier concepto reciban del Gobierno Nacional todos los institutos docentes, oficiales o privados, de educación superior. Este porcentaje será retenido por el Ministerio de Educación al ordenar los pagos a las mencionadas instituciones y girado directamente al ICFES;

Cualquier renta o donación que perciba de personas naturales o jurídicas, de conformidad con las leyes.
