Para Efectos Del Presente Decreto Se Entiende Por Organización Juvenil La Integrada Por Personas Entre 12 Y 25 Años, Que Se Constituyan Con Ánimo De Lucro O Sin Ánimo De Lucro

º Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por Organización Juvenil la integrada por personas entre 12 y 25 años, que se constituyan con ánimo de lucro o sin ánimo de lucro.

Parágrafo

Los miembros de las Organizaciones Juveniles dejarán de pertenecer a ellas al cumplir 26 años de edad.
