Los actos o contratos que el hijo de familia celebre fuero de su peculio profesional o industrial y que sean autorizados o ratificados por quien ejerce la patria potestad, obligan directamente a quien dio la autorización y subsidiariamente al hijo hasta la concurrencia del beneficio que este hubiera reportado de dichos negocios.
