Las partes, de común acuerdo, podrán practicar pruebas o delegar su práctica en un tercero, las que deberán ser aportadas antes de dictarse sentencia.
Lo dispuesto en este artículo no se aplicará cuando una de las partes esté representada por curador ad lítem.
