º Otorgamiento Del Registro Sanitario Especial

Decreto 2306 de 1987 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos V y VI de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a la importación y venta de bebidas alcohólicas, alimentos y cosméticos en unos Puertos Libres.

º OTORGAMIENTO DEL REGISTRO SANITARIO ESPECIAL. El Registro Sanitario Especial se otorgará por resolución del Jefe del Servicio Seccional de Salud, en la cual se autorizará la importación y comercialización únicamente dentro del territorio del Puerto Libre respectivo. La resolución se deberá publicar, a costa del interesado, en un periódico, boletín o gaceta oficial del territorio de que se trate.

Parágrafo

Copia de dicha providencia, deberá enviarse a la Dirección de Vigilancia y Control o a la Dirección de Saneamiento Ambiental del Ministerio de Salud, según el caso.
