Art. 2.° Los reclamos sobre provisión de papel sellado, estampillas de timbre y estampillas para cigarrillos, deben dirigirse al Sr. Tesorero general que es el encargado de la distribución á todas las Oficinas de expendio de la República, y los relativos á pago de sueldos deben hacerse directamente ante el Ministerio del Tesoro.
