Cuando notoriamente el valor de los vienes que se vayan a evaluar en una sucesión no pase de tres mi pesos ($ 3.000.00), pueden los síndicos de Lazareto o los jueces nombrar peritos de personas de reconocida honorabilidad aunque no pertenezcan al cuerpo oficial de expertos de que trata el artículo 31 de la Ley 63 de 1936 .
