Abierta la pesca en una zona determinada, el Inspector señalará el primer campamento y puerto de la pesca, y lo hará saber al público. Se trasladará en seguida a él, elegirá el sitio de las oficinas y resguardo, y se ocupará en regular la colocación de las rancherías de las diferentes empresas y de los particulares que vayan llegando a arreglar su alojamiento.
