El extranjero que venga al país con carácter transitorio y permanezca en él por más tiempo del que le haya sido señalado por el respectivo Cónsul de Colombia en la refrendación del pasaporte, sin la autorización de que trata el artículo 27 de este Decreto, será expulsado de acuerdo con el aparte l) del artículo 1º del Decreto 804 de 1936.
