° Los auxilios concedidos por la Nación para la celebración del cuarto centenario de la fundación de la ciudad de Santa Fe de Antioquia, serán invertidos por una Junta compuesta por un representante, del Gobierno y por dos vecinos de la mencionada ciudad. Será Tesorero de la Junta, el Tesorero Municipal, quien asegurará su manejo y rendirá cuentas de conformidad con las normas que señale la Contrataría General de la República.
