Dirección, administración y ordenación del gasto. La dirección, administración y ordenación del gasto del Fondo estará a cargo del Ministro del Trabajo o de quien este delegue, que en todo caso deberá ser del nivel directivo. Para efectos de la ejecución de los recursos, se atenderán las directrices que señale el Comité Evaluador del Fivicot.
