Art. 1.º La cesion hecha por la ley 44 de 10 de Marzo de 1873,de los terrenos que allí se mencionan, á favor de los establecimientos de asilo de la ciudad de Bogotá, no implica en ningun modo el despojo de los dueños de mejoras ocupantes de dichos terrenos y en goce de las mejoras en ellas hechas en los términos de esta ley.
