La Sección de Provisión Agrícola dela Caja venderá a los mineros que lo soliciten, a precio de costo, maquinaria y otros elementos de procedencia nacional y extranjera, necesarios para el montaje de las explotaciones y para el tratamiento de los minerales. La maquinaria y elementos que importe la Caja para los efectos del presente artículo, estarán exentos del impuesto aduanero.
