Art. 2.° La moneda de cobre á que se refiere el presente Decreto continuará siendo de curso forzoso dentro del Departamento de Santander hasta el día en que se prevea por el Ministerio del Tesoro de setecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 750,000) en billetes nacionales al Administrador departamental de Hacienda nacional en aquel Departamento, pera que eea cambiada é inutilizada por medio de la fundición.
