La referida casa se denominará "Museo Guillermo Valencia", y se le dotará de un parque mediante la adquisición y demolición de los inmuebles colindantes hasta la calle 2none y la carrera 6none. La adquisición de estos inmuebles se considera de utilidad pública.

En la casa del Maestro quedará establecido, a perpetuidad, su Museo personal con todos los objetos que la Junta Administradora de que se habla en el artículo 5°, estime conveniente colocar en él.
